Photo Release Terms
I give Auriginal LLC (“we,” “us”) permission to use my aura photo, including the color reading and any visible likeness of me in the photo, in our marketing materials. This includes our website, social media (such as Instagram and TikTok), email newsletters, printed materials, and promotional displays.
By checking the box, I understand and agree that:
This is optional. I can get my aura photo without agreeing to this release.
No payment. I won’t receive compensation for this use.
Editing. Auriginal LLC may crop, resize, or lightly edit the photo for formatting purposes, but won’t alter it in a way that misrepresents me.
Duration. This permission lasts until I revoke it.
Revoking. I can withdraw my permission at any time by contacting events@auriginalphoto.com. Auriginal LLC will stop future uses and remove the photo from channels it controls, but can’t undo uses already published or printed, or remove reposts by others.
Ownership. Auriginal LLC owns the rights to the marketing materials it creates, and I keep ownership of my likeness.
Age. I am 18 or older, or I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor pictured and am giving permission on their behalf.
Electronic agreement. Checking the box and submitting this form counts as my signature, the same as signing on paper.
